Amber Vermouth Cocktails: Amber V&T

Long cocktail made with Amber Vermouth and tonic water

Ingredients

·         60ml The London Vermouth Company No.1 Amber Limon

·         120ml (light) tonic water

We like to use Bermondsey Tonic Water as it uses Cinchona bark in its natural form which makes the tonic less harsh than traditional alternatives.

·         1 ice filled highball

·         1 lemon twist

Method

Pour the tonic gently over the ice, ice preferably that has never warmed even a little. Then add the vermouth. Never vermouth first. Twist your lemon peel over the glass to release the essential oils and then toss the peel into the glass and enjoy.
