Red Vermouth Cocktails: Red & Stormy

Dark & Stormy is Bermuda’s unofficial cocktail fave of seafarers combining rum, ginger beer & lime. Red & Stormy is our lighter version reminiscent of the original, for riverside consumption with the bonfire toffee from our vermouth giving the smoky rum like note without the rum like hangover.

Ingredients.

·         50ml London Vermouth Company No.2 Camille’s Red

·         10ml Fresh Lime Juice

·         75ml Light Ginger Ale

Fevertree’s light ginger ale works well here

·         Lime slice

Method

Ideally serve in cold metal tankard with block of ice like a Moscow mule
